Utah Creatives - Designers, Agencies, Firms and More
So there use to be this great site called ampUTate.org that would contain links to all the local Utah advertising agencies, graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, etc. Recently, because of time constraints (and from what I’ve found in message boards around the web) a “hack” to the site, the author has taken the page down.
So with a little digging, I found the link page still live, and grabbed most the links (half of them were old and broken). I checked every link to make sure it was still live (deleted the ones that were not) and still in Utah. (I’m sure I missed some) I also scoured the web to find a whole bunch of others. I’ll be managing from here, but I just wanted to credit ampUTate.org for the good start.

Brad, were you a forum user at ampUTate? Zac Bernstein and I were the driving force responsible for the site and the list…
As to why the site has been absent for 2 years, there a a lot of reasons… but I expect I can light a fire under Zac and see about going live once again.

I wasn’t an active forum user on ampUTate.org, though I think I left a couple posts about a job or two I was hiring designers for. I did actively use the list of local designers to check out what the local talent was working on. (That’s why I decided to start my own list.) Since I started adding links, it’s nearly doubled in size and I’m amazed at some of the great talent we have here in Utah. I exchanged a few emails with Zac, and it sounds like he has every intention of bringing it back from the dead when he has more time and resources to dedicate to it. Thanks for the post!

StumbleUpon brought me here. Noticed it’s been a while since the last posted comment. This is just a blatant plug for http://www.johnlepinski.com. I’ve worked with him over the years off and on for various graphics design/flash stuff. John does amazing work.
